Okay, in the exciting news section, I'm an uncle x 5 now!!! My sister just had her first baby, George Arthur, and I can't wait to see him in March!!!! WOOHOO!!!! It's been a while since I've been able to hang with them in Chi-town, and they just bought a new house in downtown Chi (ballers), so it's going to be a fun trip!
Snowmaggedon in Rochester on Wednesday? That storm was weak. At least I cranked the wood burning stove all morning and shifted all work to the next two days. A good day to get a lot of much needed personal errands done before I migrate to CALI.
It's a migration when you're going somewhere longer than two weeks. (17 daze!)

oh, speaking of splashes, an added bonus to the Cali trip: when I return, I will be coming back to a 70% new kitchen!! Getting it all re-painted and having a super phenomenal granite back splash put up. I am soooo excited to get rid of these ugly barf colors. The other 30%....considering new doors and handles, but I've got to take baby steps. Wah.
